| MCO Cusco Team - August 2010 MCO Cusco Team - February 2011 |
In February 2006, members of the Medical Campus Outreach (MCO) community in Augusta, GA gathered to discuss bringing MCO to an international healthcare campus. The petition: Would God provide eight adults for this team in the next 40 days? The answer was remarkable: 11 adults and their families felt personally and corporately called to pursue this vision.
Meeting together monthly for prayer and planning, this team petitioned God to direct them to MCO’s first international site. Central America, Africa, and South America were scouted as potential locations. In April 2009, through the unity of the team and their counsel, Cusco, Peru emerged as God’s strategic location---MCO Cusco was born.
